Position Responsibilities1. Primarily responsible for identifying, developing & managing new / existing business opportunities within & outside India.
2. Negotiate pricing agreements & contracts in accordance with internal guidelines.
3. Achieving Sales & meeting AOP commitments through systematic adherence to SPOs while managing to ensure zero bad debts arising due to receivables.
4. Development of retails channel (New Dealers) as per market demand.
5. Ensure the timely & successful delivering of our solutions to the customer.
6. Respond quickly to customer requests, grievances & maintain a professional behavior when handling all matters.
7. Develop, manage & update sales funnel regularly
8. Forecast & track key business metrics on Annual / Quarterly / Monthly basis
9. Travelling as when required in the assigned geographical area for Market mapping & Business Development prospect.
10. Inventory planning along with other divisional team members based on historical sales & future sales projection.
11. Data analysis, based on historical trend vis-a-vis product performance & Channel performance.
12. Developing Hunting & Farming process.
13. Excellent in engaging Senior Management interactions.
Technical & Behavioral Skill1. Must be self-driven & can achieve goals while operating independently.
2. Proficient at networking & maintain effective professional relationships.
3. Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
4. Must be comfortable working as a team toward mutual business unit goals
5. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
