• Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
• Collect and provide feedback to candidates and clients after interviews.
• Negotiate job offers and terms of employment on behalf of candidates.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to build rapport and provide updates on job opportunities.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and clients within your industry or specialization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
