About the Role:
We are seeking a self-driven Project Sales Engineer who will play a key part in expanding our sales to a diverse
clientele including Builders, Developers, Turnkey Contractors, Architects, and Interior Designers. Leveraging
your product knowledge and technical expertise, you will identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and
close sales to drive profitable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the
assigned territory. - Identify and qualify new sales leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Provide technical expertise to customers, recommending suitable products based on their
specific project requirements. - Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, highlighting product features, benefits, and
ROI. - Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers to ensure profitable sales growth.
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, track progress towards targets, and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications: - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in project sales within the building materials or
construction industry. - Degree in Engineering or Experienced Graduate.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and establish trust.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Preferred valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Age limit 25 to 30 years.
