Job Profile:The Business Development Executive /Manager for the Healthcare and Nutraceutical Segment builds client relationships, drives sales, and manages business development. Responsibilities include needs assessments, presenting tailored solutions, expanding business, and coordinating project execution. A science background, B2B sales experience, and strong communication skills are required. Benefits include a competitive salary, performance bonuses, and professional development opportunities.
Qualification and Experience: B.Sc. and Degree/ Diploma in Business, Nutrition, or a related discipline. Proven experience in B2B Sales, account management, and business development, preferably in the nutraceutical or healthcare industry. Strong understanding of the nutraceutical market, including industry regulations and trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and video conferencing on various platforms.
