About the Role:

We are seeking a self-driven Inside sales representative, sells products and services to consumers or businesses from an office setting, using phone, email, or video chat. Responsibilities

• Identifying sales opportunities: Using tactics like cold-calling and building mailing lists to find new sales opportunities • Understanding customer needs: Listening to customer questions and providing knowledgeable answers to encourage sales

• Lead generation: Responsible for generating leads and nurturing them until they can close a sale or pass them on to another team member.

• Identifying potential leads within the target market • Initiating contact: Reaching out to leads through phone calls, emails, or social media platforms

• Qualifying leads: Determining if a lead is a good fit for the product or service being offered

• Negotiating sales terms: Identifying solutions that best address customers’ needs and articulating the value

• Providing product demonstrations: Explaining technical features and suggesting related and new items

• Maintaining an organized workspace: Filing documents, updates, and product information for easy access Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Strong phone presence

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong listening and presentation skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Desire to learn

• High energy and initiative
