Institutional Dealer

Job Summery

will be responsible for providing market insights to institutional clients,
and ensuring efficient and timely execution of orders. You will collaborate closely with portfolio managers,
analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver best-in-class service and solutions. As an institutional Dealer you will be responsible for executing trades and providing market insights to clients, ensuring
efficient and timely execution of orders.

Roles & Responsibilies :
Manage trade execuon process from order placement to selement, ensuring compliance with
regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Work closely with research analysts and porolio managers to understand investment strategies and
contribute to investment decision-making processes.

Ulize trading plaorms and analycal tools to opmize trade execuon and minimize transacon costs.
Monitor market trends and economic developments to provide mely market commentary and trading
ideas to clients.

Provide exceponal client service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and proacvely
addressing client needs.

Execute trades on behalf of instuonal clients across various financial markets, including equies, fixed
income, derivaves, and currencies.

Develop and maintain relaonships with instuonal clients to understand their investment objecves
and provide appropriate trading strategies.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s degree or CFA designaon preferred

Proven experience as an instuonal dealer in a financial services firm, with a strong understanding of
financial markets and trading mechanisms.
Proficiency in trading plaorms and financial soware/tools preferred.
Excellent analycal skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
Solid knowledge of equies, fixed income securies, derivaves, and other financial instruments.
Strong communicaon and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relaonships with
instuonal clients.

Salary – A fixed salary range for these positions. The compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills and last salary.
